Help can be requested through email (when sent from a GWU email address) by emailing our ticket system. As an alternative, you may call our help desk at (202) 994-0123. The desk is manned during lab hours.
Not everything is a problem, but you might have a great idea. We love great ideas, so drop us an email.
It can often be confusing to figure out who is responsible for a given service, and where to direct a request for help. In a large organization such as GWU, different groups provide help for different services. SEAS Computing Facility tries to function as a central point of focus for SEAS employees and students looking for technical help; we are happy to take questions and point people in the right direction. Please don't be disappointed if we cannot resolve your technical issues ourselves.
