Under the license agreement between SEAS and Wolfram Research, publisher of Mathematica, SEAS is entitled to a small number of faculty home-use licenses of Mathematica. These are for faculty and staff to install on their personally-owned computers. To request a free home-use license, an eligible SEAS faculty or staff member should go to Wolfram's request page and use the SEAS license number L2777-8222. These home-use licenses expire annually, just like the SEAS site license, and require renewal.
Please note that SEASCF does not offer installation support on personally owned computers, but can assist with media and other issues.
